The Royal Palace is a complex of buildings which serves as the royal residence of the king of Cambodia. Its full name in the Khmer language is Preah Barom Reachea Veang Chaktomuk. It was begun by King Norodom (1834-1904) in 1886, when the capital was moved to Phnom Penh. |
